Trish began playing golf with her older brothers at the age of 8 and began playing in tournaments at age 9. She grew up playing in junior tournaments and on her junior high and high school golf teams, and continues to play competitively in NCPGA events. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 1990 and began teaching golf at Tilden Park that summer and entered the PGA Apprentice Program, becoming a Class A PGA Member in 1998 as well as becoming Director of Instruction at Tilden Park.

Trish’s passion is creating new golfers and helping golfers of all skill levels make the game easier and more fun. She has the reputation of making the fundamentals easier to understand for students of all ages and abilities and getting students to see improvements in their game quickly.

Sean Pyle

Sean grew up in Half Moon Bay, spending much of his time at Half Moon Bay Golf Links, where he developed his love for the game. He began taking golf seriously in high school, with highlights including recording a hole-in-one and receiving a signed golf ball from NBA star Steph Curry.

Sean graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2025 and is now an Assistant Teaching Professional at Tilden Park Golf Course. He has been teaching at Tilden for over a year, helping hundreds of golfers improve their swings and overall game. He is also pursuing PGA professional certification through the PGA Associate Program, intending to become a Class A PGA Professional.

Sean’s teaching philosophy emphasizes both the physical and mental aspects of the game, guiding golfers toward the next best step in their individual journey. Whether introducing new players to the fundamentals or helping experienced golfers refine their skills, he focuses on building confidence, enjoyment, and a deeper understanding of the game. His goal is for every student to leave with not just a stronger swing, but also a clearer mindset and a path forward in their development.

Ahmad Dilliehunt

Teaching Professional

Coach Ahmad Dilliehunt brings more than 15 years of experience in golf, with a strong background in instruction, youth development, and competitive play. He learned the game from his father, a seasoned golf professional, and further developed his skills through the Golf Academy of America.

Ahmad currently serves as the Head Varsity Golf Coach at Berkeley High School, leading both the boys’ and girls’ programs. He looks forward to bringing his experience, knowledge, and passion for the game to his new role at Tilden Park Golf Course.
