Where is Tilden Park Golf Course located?
We’re located in the beautiful Berkeley Hills inside Tilden Regional Park. Our address is: 10 Golf Course Dr, Berkeley, CA 94708
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open daily. Tee times begin around sunrise and end near sunset.
Driving range:
- Monday: Sunrise – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday – Sunday: Sunrise – 7:00 PM
Golf Shop:
6:30 AM – 7:00 PM Hours vary slightly with the season.
The Overlook Restaurant:
Open from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Is the course open to the public?
Yes! Tilden Park Golf Course is a public course open to golfers of all skill levels.
Booking & Tee Times
How do I book a tee time?
Visit our Tee Time Booking Page or call the Golf Shop at (510) 848-7373 x. 1.
How far in advance can I book a tee time?
Tee times can typically be booked up to 7 days in advance online or by phone. An advance booking option of 8 – 21 days is available with a $10 booking fee per player.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tee times must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.
Do you offer golf club rentals?
Yes, we have rental clubs available at the Golf Shop. Please call ahead to check availability.

How many holes does the course have?
Tilden Park Golf Course is an 18-hole regulation course with scenic views and challenging elevation changes.
Do you have a driving range or practice area?
Yes! We have a full driving range and a chipping/putting practice green.
Are golf carts available?
Yes, golf carts are available for rent. Walking is also popular due to the course’s beautiful layout.
Is there a dress code?
Casual golf attire is encouraged. No tank tops or swimwear, please.

Dining & Amenities
Is there food and beverage on site?
Yes! Our Overlook Restaurant serves drinks, snacks, and grill items. Beer and wine are available. Check out our menu!
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food is not permitted. Outside alcohol is prohibited by East Bay Regional Park District regulations.
Is there seating or a patio area?
Yes, we have outdoor seating overlooking the course—a great spot to relax before or after your round.
Getting Here & Parking
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a free parking lot next to the clubhouse.
What’s the best way to get to Tilden Park Golf Course?
Use Google Maps to navigate to “Tilden Park Golf Course.” We’re about 10 minutes from downtown Berkeley. Please allow extra time—Tilden Park roads can be winding and busy on weekends.
Policies & Accessibility
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the park but not on the golf course. Service animals are always welcome.
Is the facility accessible?
Yes. The clubhouse and restrooms are ADA accessible, and golf carts are available for those who need assistance navigating the course.
